Guys quick update

My parents received the RPRF, Medical and Police certificate request today. Wondering how long will it take for the PR after the documents are submitted.

Great news for you, buddy.

Btw, how long did you wait for this email since the SA?

I feel like your nickname right now.

Thanks a lot for the response! :)

I have another query... My parents got the Medical request yesterday. But the request states the following:
"We sent you medical instructions on 4 March 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

I thought the medical results are sent by doctor the cic by themselves. Are we supposed to send it via a letter? Are we supposed to upload anything?
Thanks for your help in advance.

yes, you need IME forms, print it and provide to the doctor, he doesn't have it
you can see the form on MY CIC acc

Just got this email. Is this pre-arrival letter? Ecase still showing "in process" though. Anyone can share what stage is this now?

After receiving the SA status on December, I was wondering if I could call the embassy (in Mexico) to ask about the status of my application.
Is it fine or someone recommend not to do it? Has anyone done it?
sure, you can call them, at least they take it to the hands

I just got the medical request for my parents, but there is no request for PCC. Is that normal?

Iam a first round applicant. My SA was on Feb 7th and the visa office is CPC-Ottawa.

Yup. It's normmal. I got my IME on Feb 20. No PCC yet. By any chance were your parents Government Employees?

so what is your VO?

Either New Delhi or Ottawa. I guess it's Ottawa coz the SA letter mentioned Ottawa. Also ECAS status says in process. My invitation date was March 19, 2018... I think.

Quick query Yulia, are people updating their app status regularly? I see very few PPRs for the 1st round applicants from 2018. I was thinking there might be a lot more and it should be PPR about 30-60 days after sending medical and PCC
