Does anyone know about any new Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship Program in 2018? Any news or link?

As per the CIC website, the 2018 P&GP Sponsorship Program is now closed for 2018 (Link). They should be publishing results around the April timeframe, I think (based on last year's program).

What concerns me is the processing time: They're (today, March 1st 2018) processing applications from January 2014! That's 4 years!
