Pakistani Parents and GrandParents Sponsorship 2018

Hello folks,

Congratulations to everyone.

I am confused for Schedule A Background Declaration 5669 Form.

I am sponsoring my mother only on parent sponsorship. Does IMM 5669 has to be filled out by my married sister who is 30 and two brothers who are 30 plus but have no plans to come to Canada.

Please advise?

When you say your sponsoring your mother only, does that mean you don't have father? I am asking because if you do then he has to be in the application whether he wants to come or not to Canada.

This should be filled only if they are dependent even if they are over 18 whether accompanying with your mom or not to Canada.

Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)
This form must be completed by:

• you, the principal applicant;
• your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not), and
• your dependent children aged 18 years or older (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).
