I think some people shared not sure in here or on whatsapp group that they were feeling low some day and the next day they got their PPR. I really hope the same happens with me as well, as i am feeling extremely low right now.

Hopefully, you will get it soon. You are still IP1 ? coz sig doesnt say IP2 ? Things have started moving for Aug AOR, so you have good chances.

So the thing to note is, last time he spoke to CIC during mid Jan, Security was not started. Things turned around in a matter of a week. Hold on to hope guys!

there might be disconnect between actual security status and online security status so even though security would be completed or in progress , online still shows as not started.

Good analysis Oracle mam... and it does support my (or the )theory that we are never told about the exact status of the security. What I also want to add here is, (for applications which may have in IP2 sicne OCt.) is that due to enhance security process, all the files, who actually might have been completed were in queue for and additional review post completion.
As this step was added late into the system and they have limited officers for review, our files must have been delayed. Cant be sure though.

It actually means that the cases are under review or in queue for review status even after MEP, Criminality, Eligibility is Passed/Recommended Passed/Met till the till all verification's including security is in place which is eventually reviewed by a Visa Officer before approving the case.

Visa officer's review is the final stage in express entry journey from the process stand-point. PPR gets trigger only after final review.

No ghost update.

Called IRCC several times (btw, after your passed 6 months, ask agent to leave a note for you, not sure if it helps in my case, but just try everything), raised CSE (always got generic reply), emailed Ottawa (who never replied to me but did forward my email to Sydney), NDVO (with no reply), HKVO (my LVO, who replied couple times, telling me the file is not with them) and Sydney (who replied me after Ottawa forwarded my email).

I literally lost hope yesterday. But thank you all so much for your information and support. Specific thanks to @tobs eho answered many of my questions and @macaly7 who keeps the very useful list. But overall, I would like to thank every one in this community! And hope those who hasn’t received their PPR will get it soon!

Btw I will now order GCMS to see what happened during the three months after approval....
