    Yes pls stay optimistic. But it is just a deferring tactics asking people to call back after some time. They have to start looking at resolving such issues. But eventually I am certain that it would be cleared sooner or later.

    True... They seem to be pretty clueless on vintages bucketing of cases which are pending and are running blind for processing cases as and when they put hands on one. I think that is why its so much random... I just keep wishing that all our friends here get it soon.

    Actually, timelines are quite uncertain and no one can say it with complete confidence. If every things is passed then your application should be almost clear. Suggest to check if GCMS notes captured the final approval status as Approved else call CIC to check if the application is approved. If...

    FSW Point Calculation as per me: Bachelor: 21 Language: 24 (CLB 9) Spouse Language: 5 Work Ex: 0 Age: 12 (Under 35) Total: 62 Couldn't figure out how it came to 64 for them. But surely look like they haven't considered your experience for point calculation and that is why your FSW & CRS work...

    Bank Statement or POF would not effect the FSW score... Below is a link with parameters for FSW point parameter, also the is FSW calculation which reflects in the GCMS notes. Pls evaluate where are you losing score...

    For Eligibility/A11.2 to be MET FSW points should be more than 67... Surely something else is the reason for your case to be under review or getting delayed. Pls can you check your GCMS and evaluate once again.
