I just spoke to the agent. Not very helpful . Security has not started and agent is not telling when will it be started. GCMS is the only hope now.

NDVO is saying 28 days! I didn't even get an acknowledgement of the CSE raised.

You may consider ordering notes. However, there have been delays from IRCC in releasing notes. No harm in trying your luck

Our timelines are pretty identical, except movement of application from CIO to CPC. Mine was moved in September 2019, but that's about it. Have ordered notes last month. Let's see what comes first - PPR or GCMS notes.
