Just received a reply from my LVO, saying my file is with CIO-Sydney. If my PPR ever comes, I think it will most likely come from Sydney. Is there any email address that is still working other than ircc.cio-brcd.ircc@cic.gc.ca ? Thanks!

By the way, for those who received PPR, do you receive it from VOs in Canada or your LVO? Originally I thought the process is: Sydney -> LVO -> PPR to applicants. Then I was told by an agent any VO in Canada can issue PPR. And I also noticed some applicants in the forum received PPR from Sydney...

I know. But the true meaning of stop-loss is to disregard the result from IRCC anyway. Today I hit 3 months after approval (which doesn’t make sense at all) and become very determined with this date. But meanwhile, I still wish we all good luck and hope we will receive PPR this week :)

I am not going to waste my life with endless and meaningless wait. Have set a mental stop-loss date and if I do not receive PPR by that date, I will start my plan B.

I know. And this is what I got after raising CSE, sending email to Ottawa, NDVO, HKVO and Sydney. At least 10 emails/CSE has been sent since January and this is the ONLY reply I received. Exactly why I’m losing hope.
