Here is my timeline

1. Application sent July 13th
2. Application received July 26th
3. AOR oct 2nd
4. Medical request oct 9th
5. Sponsor Approval oct 9th
6. Transfer to CPC-M oct 12th
7. Medical Done oct 26th
8. Medical submitted nov 2nd
9. Medical passed nov 9th
10. CPC-M start processing on nov 16th
11. Pre-arrival letter from CPC-M on nov 17th
12. They start BG check on nov 19th.

Waiting for PPR

PA from India.

How long they take to check BGC ?

SO LUCKY of you. as file gone to Missi.. Our file will go to NDVO. Mid or late DEC is celebration month 4 you guys

Call them to ask! You might get Temporary File Number as well.

Everything is working may be on the back, they dont upload info on net as we can see a member above suddenly got all the good news. Try to phone them .

I have called them more than 10 times and received a temporary file number since 2 months now but no update.

I hope so. tried connecting to gckey and ecas every now and then but no luck. Im just wondering if the officer handling my file is sleeping at work

Did you tried to link on ecas or gc key to remove x before the file number?

NO WAY they can't and it is federal job too. It is possible that all is going OK in back but they appear to work as per D.O> received.

Yes I have tried all possible ways without F, passport, date of birth etc. tried following people who shared their knowledge on this but nothing yet. its very unfortunate every day feels like a drag.

Dont remove f, if it is a temp # it starts with with x. If you have a file # starts with f, then you are ok. You can call on ‭+1 (888) 242-2100‬ then press 1,1,2, 3

Yes I only removed the X, but no use. I called them with the 2110 option I get through but the agents dont know much, since they might not have direct contact with the officers. I will try again, thank you.

Don't talk to agent, they dont have much info. Try to send case specific webform, for me it worked. I waited from july13-nov1

If all is OK in file then be ready to celebrate worst comes JAN if BGC takes time since U did not mention background when? Or it will start by your VO in Ankara
