Oo nga eh I sent them an email. Ung sa ppc d ko rin sure how to get a letter from cic para madala sa japanese police station to request for the certificate.

About s ppc you don't need a request letter from CIC better nah iavail no nah lahat ng pcc mo even from Philippines NBI clearance para mas madali ang processing ng application nyo . All you need is apply for police clearance in Japan . And NBI in Philippines . May other countries kah pa bah nah napuntan nah ngreside kah more than 6 months?

Mas madali if may representative kah doon . And you have application form to apply for police clearance Taiwan . You need all original documents . PASSPORT AND ARC
May other option kah . If nasa Manila kah punta k s Taiwan embassy s MAKATI

Yes you need to put your husband as your representative .
