inputs po yan ng bawat applicant, kung hindi inaupdate wala po talaga mag rereflect dyan...so far ang alam ko, gang July pa lang ang may galawan

PPR n po, aug 22 medical ng primary applicant, sagad ang 3 mos + 6 weeks para sa case specific enquiry bgo dumating ang PPR. RTUA, alam ko pag ngsend ka ng cse kasama n dun yung form ng cancellation ng agent.

Here's my timeline po:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on April 5, 2017.
2. We started processing your application on July 17, 2017.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. We sent you correspondence on October 20, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Ang problem po is wala po kaming natanggap na letter pertaining po sa October 20, 2017. Kanina lang din po lumabas yung 4th line. Kanina lang din po nagchange yung Permanent Residence Application Status from "In Process" to "Decision Made".

Ano po kaya ibig sabihin nung Decision Made? Is it better po ba to write an email or call the CIC regarding sa issue ko po sa 4th line?
