Di naman kami nag live in ng 5 years di lang talaga namin alam yung article 34 na yan before we got married

Di kami nag live in ng 5 years and yun talaga ang nakalagay sa lahat ng pinaasa ko before di namin alam yang article 34 na yan before we got married all we know is pag married ka yun na yun kasal, di namin alam na may mga ganyan pa sa atin sa pilipinas and di naman kami na brief before the ceremony na ganon pala kasi if we knew right then di nalang namin tinuloy nag antay nalang kami para maayos yung papers para sa kasal.

I see.. aug namin nareceive procedural fairness letter.. sep kami nagreply.. same, lumapit na ko sa consultant.. it's been over a month n, la p dn kami nrinig ulit from visa office..

Hello po sino dito ang December 2017 applicants? This is my timeline

December 7,2017 = received application
January 31, 2018 = AOR1 recieved application number
Feb. 1= application link to CIC account
= request schedule A (IMM 5669)
Feb. 7= submitted the schedule A
Feb. 17= request medical exam
Feb. 21= met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor
March 1= application forwarded to the visa office from Missisuaga to Manila
March 7= took the medical exam

Hi sis,pareho tayo case..naka receive din ako procedural fairness nung sept 2017 then oct ako nagsubmit ng nga additional supporting documents until now wala pandin kami update..May 2017 applicant ako..about saan procedural fairness mo?

Hello, anyone know if i can still sponsor my common law partner even if i excluded him before in my application because we were separated at that time then get back together after few years. His the father of my two children, one is his name and the other one is not. Is there a chance to sponsor him for us to be a whole family again? Hoping for a reply.

Ako po jan 23,2018 po naka received ng fairness letter, feb.4,2018 ko po sila nasagot, til now po wala pa din update.. september app din po ako.

Hi there po..newbie here...ask ko lang po kung ilang dats or weeks ang result ng medical.. Nag medical po kami last march 7 2018 until now wala p pong tawag from st lukes ermita.. Pwede n po ba akong mag assume na positve result ng medical namin? Thank

3-5 days po ang result. You should call your clinic and ask them if they already forwarded the result . Or just keep checking your cic account para updated ka .
