Guys, I was asked to do re medical after receiving invitation letter. My 1st medical expires in coming month. I went for re medical but my chest x ray is abnormal( according to IOM) and they want me to appear for sputum test. I'm so worried I never had any cough or symptoms of tb why do they want me to do this test

Anyone here had any such experience plz share

Yes, I also think that it would be easier and less confusing to put each spouses mailing addresses on the forms and then change it later on but it’s up to him.

I really value your opinion. Please let me know that on later stage when and how can I add my wife as my representative. Would i have to send printed form through mail or i could just upload it ?

I am a silent reader of this informative forum. I also have the same requirement from CIC to provide Union Council Notices of my Divorce from Ex-Wife. I went through the forum and found "ChildCase" was in the same situation earlier in Nov 2017.

I need the advice specially of those who have went through this like Br. Zohaib (ChildCase)

Now whats done is done .. those visa offericers dont have cameras in ur spouse's house so ask her to sign the forms and then review them for accuracy ..

@God-is-love ...even if forms will be delivered on Apr 30th to your wife and dates on forms are Apr 28th, what's makes the difference? IRCC/LVO/VO not going to asks the DHL Delivery date from you guys? or Are they? so why there is too much concern you have about the dates on forms? you don't need to resend the forms. Just have your wife sign those forms.
may be i m wrong, but if i were you..i shouldn't be worry about delivery date.

The MP also told that nothing is required from our side any more, i am thinking they are trying to make sure no application go before 10 months. this is our 10th month of application. lets see what comes out of it.

and i don't see any benefits of ordering notes. Even people who got their interview calls, ordered notes and find nothing in there the actual reason(s)/red flags of their interview call.
Who knows person/vo who makes notes, doesn't indicate the stuff that they don't want us to know.!!

As far as I know, after you receive your AOR with UCI number you could just send a scanned form through webform electronically if you wish so. But all the communication would most likely be through email anyway if you put your email (and your spouses) in the forms. If you link your account, you’d be getting all the requests and letters from cic in your account, not by physical mail.

What was your total processing time period ? After ur file was transferred to lvo how much did it take for the process to complete?

Oh my total processing time was 10 and a half months. File transferred to lvo in october and got my ppr in april. So around 6 months after lvo.

Can someone help. After opening my wife's application the officer has request marriage photos of the applicant and sponsor signing the NIKAH contract. At the time of the nikah no one took pictures because it was a religious environment. In my application I sent them all other photos of baraat and walima and honeymoon.
Do I need to have the nikah signing photos.
They say if you do not have certain documents provide the reason why. Can someone help what do I write or if anyone had a similar situation ??

It is perfectly normal. Write a letter and explain to them what happened.

I am principle applicant. I took print out of forms and signed them myself wherever asked and put the date when i signed it. While filling/validating the forms i put the future date of signature for my wife as 28th of April as the courier delivery date was 26th of April so my wife might sign it on 28th of April after receiving the parcel by DHL. Unfortunately DHL delayed the delivery of documents and now my wife is going to receive the forms on 30th of April 2018. Now my wife will be able to sign the forms on 30th of April whereas date of her signature on forms is printed as 28th of April 2018.
Do I have to reprint forms and send it again to my wife again with a correct future date when she can sign it or it doesn't make any difference and we are good?

She need to sign only, the date is not an issue. Keep the date as it is. Dont worry this is not even a problem

Ordering notes are helpful only one time. To get complete details of your application etc. After that it will be same till end. The last comments of visa officer are important which you can get in first time of notes.
Red flags are something which we assume according to our experience with LVO. In GCMS you will find normal writings and comments from VO. Like in VO comments you will see 2nd marriage of sponsor , divorce papers dated recent etc. These kind of comments only help to make you ready about their findings.

Otherwise you are right notes are not helpful. Just one time after 3 months of lvo transfer. And 2nd time will be good when a person receive prearrival letter. At that time they will update the comments of VO at the end of notes.
Requesting again and again every month is waste of time.

I just checked the Spreadsheet, 2nd Marriage cases are pending . What is this ? changing boy/girl friend is not red flag and 2nd marriage is serious issue for them.

if the immigration cases taking this much time, then in future there will be only 2nd marriages with LVO
