Do you have a tracking number for your passport? They gave me one at VAC at the time of passport submission. Maybe you could also email your VO and ask them if they could acknowledge you if they received your passport? Maybe it’s also taking longer because it’s delivery not within one country...

If your PPR states that your required to send photos then you should send them along with your passport. They should also be no older than 6 months.

We haven’t received an actual AOR 2 letter either (because Kiev VO never sends it), but I considered that line “We started processing your application on...” in ecas as my AOR2. Yes this process requires lots of patience but I hope you will hear good news from them very soon!

No, my VO is Kiev, Ukraine. Application received December 22nd 2017, AOR 2 -April 20th 2018, pre-arrival and BGC in process August 29th. PPR September 5th 2018. Wish everybody good luck and to hear good news very soon!
