Im in the same group .. waitin for interview date now ..

The notes are generated in April , 12, 2017. Also i got reply of my email few days back and it is saying that file is waiting for full review.

Hi , my spouse resides in Dubai and his file has been transferred to lvo, how long does the processes go about for him, how much time does it take for the processing to complete.?

Can someone help. After opening my wife's application the officer has request marriage photos of the applicant and sponsor signing the NIKAH contract. At the time of the nikah no one took pictures because it was a religious environment. In my application I sent them all other photos of baraat and walima and honeymoon.
Do I need to have the nikah signing photos.
They say if you do not have certain documents provide the reason why. Can someone help what do I write or if anyone had a similar situation ??

Did you fill the details of spouse in appendix A of passport request letter.Please tell me as anyone has told me that as the passport of spouse is not sent so it must be left blank.Please help

I am principle applicant. I took print out of forms and signed them myself wherever asked and put the date when i signed it. While filling/validating the forms i put the future date of signature for my wife as 28th of April as the courier delivery date was 26th of April so my wife might sign it on 28th of April after receiving the parcel by DHL. Unfortunately DHL delayed the delivery of documents and now my wife is going to receive the forms on 30th of April 2018. Now my wife will be able to sign the forms on 30th of April whereas date of her signature on forms is printed as 28th of April 2018.
Do I have to reprint forms and send it again to my wife again with a correct future date when she can sign it or it doesn't make any difference and we are good?

Why would you even write dates for your wife? She could do it when signing . Also It sounds like you did it electronically? If so then that would be obvious that YOU did it before printing out. If hand written then should be ok assuming same ink and similar hand writing.

Well .. explain to them why there arnt any nikkah signin picx .. just like u explained here .. there r a lot of sects that dont sign nikkah forms in front of their spouses but rather in front of their elders and witnesses .. u said due to religious reasons .. explain to them in detail how nikkah and weddin works in ur religion ..

U really shudnt have dated her portion ..

Now whats done is done .. those visa offericers dont have cameras in ur spouse's house so ask her to sign the forms and then review them for accuracy ..
