Have you mentioned this in travel history?
Am not very sure, you said you submitted copies which contains all pages of your passport.
If the visit comes under old passport, no need to worry. Worst case, wait for ADR as they may ask your old passport.

If you missed the page from your current passport, you may raise CSE.https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Thanks a lot. I have mentioned it in my travel history. I copied all pages of my passport in last October before visiting. Therefore, stampes related with this travelling are missing on the copies. I submitted my application on 26th FEB, I am really afraid it will be rejected and I am a PNP applicant. In worst scenario, I have to register EE and contact the OINP for a re-nomination.

If the duties in my Job Experience Letter are not sufficient enough for the NOC I am claiming, when will I hear about the rejection? Weeks or months?
The first time I applied was in May last year - I was rejected over a similar issue. My job title and job description didn't match the NOC. It took just over 4 months post-application submission to receive the rejection. I then applied again in November with a new supporting letter from my employer with the correct job title and description. So far I am in ip2, hoping that this time round they have accepted my clarification on the job issue. Have you raised a CSE about this? Maybe submit a letter of explanation via a CSE for clarification on your job. Or worst case scenario submit again with new employer letter.

Best,

Hi Bill,
Could u please explain about Additional document status. Why does it change even if cic dont ask to upload any additional document and still say we are reviewing the additional documents. In my case first they asked to upload RCMP, then i uploaded ( feb 10 2018) and Additional document status went from being reviewed to we do not need additional documents. That is understandable but on 26th feb. they again changed the status to ‘We are reviewing additional documents you provided.’ But they have not asked any document to upload nor i have uploaded . Is this change a good or bad sign. I am PNP ee inland (aor 28th dec.17) at ip2 . I would appreciate your answer. Thanks

I have not submitted my eAPR, I have until 9 May to do so. I just feel that my letter may not be enough.
Ok, well I wouldn't advise submitting without being sure. Waiting 4 months for the rejection was very long and delyed everything for me. What I did second time round was go back to my employer with a draft of the letter I think would get approved. So I wrote the main duties section myself to as closely match the noc as possible. All they did was approve and sign it. Maybe you can try that. Also send an email to the NOC department, they can advise further.

You should prepare yourself for an interview or call from IRCC if Islamabad is your new visa office. Most of the time this is the primary reason for making Home Country a secondary visa office.

Good Luck.
Can someone advise what a typical interview is like? Is it clarification of the document submitted or something more

Dear @BillHyatt, I recently received an ADR and RPRF request for my application.
ADR was Proof of Funds. Why would they want an ADR for POF and as far asI know this is a very rare or uncommon ADR.
Why do you think they requested for this ADR?

After 1 week of submitting my ADR + RPRF, my application has moved to IP2. What could be the next stage and how long before I get my PPR?

Thanks in advance.

@BillHyatt . I must confess you are doing a great job. I was one of those to got a change of status to ip2 on the 27th of February pnp. Just wanted to know if you have an idea of the time range of ip2 to ppr in this case. Thanks.

This is IP2 but that doesn't mean your eligibility or other checks are done. Background Check can start anytime and doesn't necessarily means your file is in Final Stage.

IP2 is a final stage for only those whose eligibility test and admissibility test (Medicals and Criminality Part) are already conducted and a final review is needed.
Hi Bill,
After reading your first post on this forum (beginning part of section 3),i was under the impression that you could only move to IP2 if your A11 and A16 and criminality checks were completed. Thus also meant that once you reach IP2, PPR was around the corner.

But after reading the above post, im a little confused as it suggests that reaching IP2 is not a confirmation that the previous stages are done and that being in IP2 cannot be used to estimate your status in the whole process.

Your thoughts ?

Considering the new arrangements with London visa office, attending to applications in batches that is, how soon should we then expect PPR since we stayed 7 months on Na2. Na2 in August and moved to IP2 Feb 27th.

Timeline:-August 3rd pnp. Redid medicals in October.

Section 3 details are correct but it doesn't apply to 100% applications. Over the time we see exceptions and I have mentioned these.

In the past, I have seen applicants moving to IP2 without A11 and A40, however, in reality, it only started once A11 and A40 were passed. In some cases, applicants stayed in IP1 till the end and suddenly got PPR.

Finally, the final review is different from IP2. As IP2 is conducted by security agencies while a final review is done by Senior Officer in Visa Office.

I know it's confusing but this is how things work in Immigration Offices.
