I just got a good news. My wife is almost 2 months pregnant. Should I get her reports and send them to lvo? Will this have a positive effect on my case?

Send anything you have which will support your file not listen to people as after interview they will ask nothing more if they find information not enough will refuse . Only they ask concerning background checks but you still need eligibility to pass . Send as much information as you can to show also you did not visit your wife because of job and so on , help them that they not have any concerns anymore .

Congratulations for the BIG news! However, for cic it does not expedite the process. Also, be very careful sending anything after the interview. Interview is usually the last chance to satisfy the visa officer, VO will review the application on the basis of what you said at the interview.

@Faheempk Did u take all the necessary documents including enough pictures, communication proofs and all to satisfy them? What did u tell them why couldn't you visit your wife? Was your VO she? What was her major concern that you couldn't satisfy?

If I was in your situation, I would definitely tell LVO about pregnancy. However, I would get the report from some recognized hospital so they don't think that I am faking it in desperate attempts to convince them.

Just be sure about one thing, if they have decided to refuse you then they'll do it even after the news. But they will not refuse your case on the basis that you updated them about something after the interview.

I disagree as they told him they have concerns still so any information can remove concerns about relationship such as pregnancy will help otherwise they will refuse if they still have concerns so send anything you have that will support your file as they will not ask anything else after interview they will approve if all ok or refuse if they find info not enough plus expecting child will make them more convinced and expedite the process. Send anything you find good you did not show before. Is your duty to show them proofs you have and is important to say she is pregnant in case they want ask remedical will extend it.

Hi everyone

Had a question as I am new to the this forum. My brother is sponsoring his wife from lahore and its his second marriage. He sponsored in June 2017 his wife got medical request and completed it in August 2017 he received a request to upload schedule A in September 2017.

Does anyone know what we can expect from here? Anyone else who is sponsoring as a second marriage what was your timeline like? No issues or concerns regarding the first marriage have been raised as he submitted all info required Alhamdulillah. TIA

I tried my best to take all the necessary documents. There were tons of pics which included a lot of intimate ones too, there were some with my bro n sis in law, when we visited my grandmas place. They specifically mentioned what this place is you both visited and have photo with the same people. My VO was a she with the British accent. Still not sure what her major concern was not satisfied. But I do have a gut feeling she will have a positive outlook on our case after the interview. She was smiling and all and at the end she said I accepted all your answers but I still have some concerns so not sure what she pointed.

My wife had her remedical done on the 30th of November. I was wondering if they are already aware of the pregnancy thing? Or it doesn't show in the medicals?

If they asked re medical is very good sign after interview, and sure she was pregnant during test hope X ray won’t harm the baby
