We received Passport request in GCkey/myaccount's messages section. Our GCkey/myaccount status shows "approved". It doesn't show Decision made. "Decision made" status shows up in "Check Application Status - also called "ECAS" in this forum which is supposed to be updated daily.

If I was in your situation, I would definitely tell LVO about pregnancy. However, I would get the report from some recognized hospital so they don't think that I am faking it in desperate attempts to convince them. Just be sure about one thing, if they have decided to refuse you then they'll do...
