Oh okay but in the chart you didn't fill out the date for decision made. Do you know the date?
After they change your status to decision made when did you get email from them?
I would like to know after how many days they asked for medical and when is the deadline for them to send the results?

This is my time frame.
Invitation to apply received 25th April 2017.
Confirmation letter received 5th May 2017.
Documents sent to Mississauga 8th May 2017.
Documents received by IRCC 11th May 2017.
Approval for parent sponsorship email received 28th June 2017 and file sent to Paris office.
Paris office requesting Police certificate...etc... received 11th July 2017.

Considering on the cic site it is written applications for Jan 2014 are being processed, do you know how long your application might take to be processed? I was assuming medical tests are the last step before Pass request.

I have no idea for the time of the process!

All,

I was invited to sponsor my parents and couriered my package on June 21st. It was received on June 22nd. However I have not been able to see the status on the ecas link. Here is how I am filling the fields to check the status: Maybe you can spot if I am doing something wrong:

Under Identification Type field I am selecting Unique Client Identifier (aka UCI). This is the only number that I have from the list they provide in this field.
Under Identification Number field I am typing my 8 digit UCI (the only document I can find my UCI is in the citizenship certificate).
Under Surname I am typing my last name.
Under Date of Birth I am selecting my birthdate.
Under Place of Birth, I am selecting my country.

After I click on continue I get the message as follows: "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:..."

Can you please advise if I am doing something wrong here? When I went on the CIC site to find out more about my UCI, I found out the UCI structure should look like:

• four numbers, a hyphen and four more numbers (Example: 0000-0000) or
• two numbers, a hyphen, four numbers, a hyphen and four more numbers (Example: 00-0000-0000)

However mine (shown in the citizenship certificate) looks like 00000000 (8 continuous numbers). I did try to use a dash between the 8 numbers in the site of the status, but still no luck. Any ideas?

Thanks everyone who responded to my queries. I dis get the translation done from Canada itself for my birth Certificate. Sending my Marriage certificate (Bilingual in punjabi and English) as it is, with an attested copy from notary in India as a certified copy. I look forward to contributing more to the group here. Could someone tell me how should we search in the ecas using UCI
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/
1. Should only sponsor`s UCI and DOB be used?
2. Is surname case should be in caps only?

I believe emails with AOR are not being received recently and hence ecas is the only way to confirm. Please correct me if someone has, in recent few days

You are doing everything correctly. I had the same issue and i asked my MP to get the status about the application and they took some but eventually found it and now i can app received status on ecas

use your information i.e. your UCI, DOB and surname

You guys, I think I'll get grey hair by the time this immigration process is completed. I know we are the luckiest ones so far given how fast the applications are being processed this year, but this wait is just killing me we should get a book club going here to get our minds off immigration lol

I am from india. My sister sponsored our family (my parents and 2 dependents) . Our file is transferred to new Delhi visa office in december 2016 and we have completed medical and pcc in may 2017 and submitted it. My file status on ecas is "in process". How long will it take for passport request. Can anyone help me

Thanks ! Yes and I gave her SIN number to avoid this Option C prinout. I don't know why one specific officer is asking everyone for option C printout, Doesn't make sense when we gave consent to use our SIN. Officer is ZKA.
