Got PPR yesterday afternoon in India time. Do I need to pay anything for VFS or visa office while submitting passport?

Your son is a Canadian citizen and don't need a visitor visa.

you'll get short term Canadian passport in 2-3 days of application from Delhi on submission of proof that you applied for his proof of citizenship.

Apply for Indian visa after getting PP and/or you need a exit permit from FRRO when he want to leave India

The most quickly processed visa is the visitor visa.
In my opinion you can go for visitor visa and in the mean time you will get the pr file completed for your son.

but i come to know that my son is not able to get visitor because he is Canadian citizen and i have already applied for it

hey, Section A -should be principal Applicant Detail (Eg, My name)
Section B- should be Sponsored person Info( Eg. my husband name)
Section C- to whom u want to get email of this GCMS notes (For eg. my husband name and his contact info)

Please sign the form scan it and send to ur husband.
Ask ur husband to sign it, scan it than upload it to ATIP
