I got my Medical Request on 9th May and the same was submitted and received by CiC on 12th May ( GC Key shows medical passed). Our application has not made any progress since. Could anyone share their wait time post submitting Medical (upon request).

It takes a month to arrive and cost 5$ .. check the threads related to that ...there is plenty of information...

Let's say if the sponsor in Canada is requesting for these notes does the applicant , spouse on India have to sign a consent form and send actual copy or scanned copy is ok ?

It's all online process.. scanned copy has to be uploaded .. we did it few days back.. since no updates for us we thought we might try this as well..
