It was sent an hour ago yes. I don't think it's a glitch because like I said, they mentioned my passport in the same document WITH expiry date of my passport so it can't be a generic response. I also called the automated message and they said they're reviewing my background check. Didn't say that yesterday. However, I will say it took me a few tries to see the msssages. My wife had the same issue also. We were getting error page and that the GCKEY was down for maintenance but tried with a new browser and it worked
