hey guys , i got my dm in ecas on 18 may and on email on 30 may ......they told etobicoke will contact me...but nothing yet....from what id does the email come from ? and what are contents

Sorry, I can't answer your question. But have a question for you - what does your email from the 30th say? DM on the 18th of May as well here, but no communication since then.

Risabh, it can take up to 6-8 weeks to get a landing appointment from Etobicoke office.

I have send my medical report once again through CSE n the 2 June 2017. When can I expect any response from CIC about the status of the medicals done?

A response to a CSE normally takes 10 days.
 
Help!!! I called IRCC today and got the automated message and it said we need additional documents and that we send you a message but we never got an e-mail. What should we do? I cannot get through to a live agent.

Just sent a CSE to inform IRCC.

Just called the CIC centre also. The entire automated messaging thing changed. VERY STRANGE. I suggest you keep trying until you get an agent seeing as the IRC see web form is backlogged

I do not think you will have to take it again. They just have not reviewed the medical and sent the result to update MyCiC.

Yes its strange because thats they same exact way the automated message was before the new update. Somewhere around 2011. Their system is really acting up. It has issues

Actually, I had done the medicals upfront,last year. I'm still within the 1 year validity period. However, they haven't received the medicals results for some reason.


The email asked me to take the medical within 30 days from the receipt of the email. I'm a bit skeptical waiting for the CSE response, lest I near the 30th day deadline.

Also, the automated system stated that they were reviewing the medicals. Not sure, if 'review' implied 'awaiting' or actually received and reviewing.

Yes... last Friday I called them at 8:05 hours EST and got an automated message about high call volume and inability to transfer the call.

You need to keep trying. I was able to get through 3 times yesterday and twice today. Right now on the line. The wait times are ridiculous though

Really difficult at work to keep trying and have to do it during office hours.
