Any person who got PPR here? I wanna know how they sent their Birth Cert. (As an example). Did they include all 3 possible docs in a single PDF? I mean the "certified translation"+"certified copy"+"scan of original".

I have forgotten one document and sent CSE 3 days after AOR, almost a month and still didnt get response. Tried contacting Visa office where my case is being processed but still no luck (at least I know they got my mail and hope someone will read it or see CSE on time). People say response time is 4-6 weeks. More 6 than 4. Take into account that everything slowed down and CIC is overloaded. You can wait for a few weeks to see if they respond.. but better to get into pool again Im afraid at this point. In your future application include all originals in colour to be safe.

What is GCMS?
GCMS is global case management system where your file gets transferred post your e-APR. You can check getgcms.com for more detail. The case officers make notes regarding your file in this system. So your actual reason for rejection would be mentioned in it.
you can order it but it takes 4-6 weeks to get the report.

If I re-apply now for getting another ITA, can I still continue the CSE for my previous case? Because I want to know the real reason behind rejection (if it is not a human error) to avoid it for the next case.

You cant have two applications Im afraid, you could have serious consequences. It isnt allowed according to CIC.

But didnt they write the problem was in "Marriage certificate"?

If you order GCMS you will know the reason because you will see the notes of an CIC officer who made the rejection.

Hey,

The birth certificate that I got for my daughter from a union council has english and Urdu both. For this reason, I did not get it translated. Assuming you are from Pakistan too, not sure why you had to get yours translated :s

Youre right. But they did ask for the certified copy in the checklist. They didnt mention 'The scan of the Original '. Why should we include something that they didnt ask for it? In addition they clearly mentioned the missing "translation " as well!!! If the problem was the Scan of original doc, why they couldnt see the translation?!! If so, what for other documents? We have to attach the scan of original of all docs to the requested docs of the checklist?!!!!
Well, I just read your original post and thought this might be the reason, as you stated:

Dear freinds. I recieved an Email today saying that my case has been cancelled for the missing document "original marriage certificate". I am sure that I have uploaded it (and its certified translation) at the time of submission and also I have the screenshot its successfully uploaded! What should I do now for the mistake which is made by the case officer or a bug in their own system?
Please help me as I am really frustrated.
Maybe, if you post the full details / the exact wording from the cancellation letter, people might be able to help you ascertain the exact reason and might give you a proper advice.

Anyways, whenever a translation is provided or an alternate document like an ECA is obtained, it should always accompany a scan of the original document. Here's what IRCC says:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp
"If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator."

Also, it's still possible that there is some sort of issue with the system / the uploaded documents, and the processing agents are unable to find / see the complete document. There's been at least one another similar incident reported on the forum. I hope your lawyer has clarified the issue well and has re-attached the required documents for your case to be re-considered.

I (my lawyer) has uploaded both the certified translation+plus a white and black copy of the original documents for every document. We have also certified that copy in a notary public. That is why I am shocked by refusal. Do you have any Idea how much it takes to answer our CSE?

This is the most important quote, follow this rule to the letter! So for all douments translated you need an original scanned!!!!
I knew that but I am now confused. When you translate a document, you have to attach a copy of original document to it which is certified by notary public. You mean, in addition to that, we had to attach a scan of the original aswell? Doesn't make sense!
And something else, the reason of the rejection was not only that, but they couldnt also find the translated document!!!

Maybe they want in in color (meaning "the original").

Maybe, but why did they say they couldnt see the translation aswell? This is exactly what they weote to my lawyer:
" Your application does not include ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE WITH TRANSLATED COPY". original was underlined by them
