Hi All! I contacted Kuwait Embassy Ottawa and they send me the requirements document for good conduct certificate. One of the instructions mentioned "If you do not have an existing fingerprint in Kuwait we can not proceed with your request." Since I left Kuwait 4 years back, I am not sure if my fingerprints exist in the Kuwait system. In that case, Kuwait embassy will not inform me at all about this rejection.
What will I do in this case?

Not sure if this helps. But even I left Kuwait 3 years back. I believe as long as you had a residence your finger prints would be available. They would probably contact you if there is anything missing in your file.

Hello,Looks like No one else is looking to apply for a Kuwait PCC from living in Canada.
Just for the sake of documentation for the Future reference.
Time taken to obtain Kuwait PCC: Approximately 6 weeks
Step 1: Send email to Kuwait Embassy. Good Conduct Certificate Division.
Email: goodconduct@kuwaitembassy.ca
Documents Required: In JEPG format
Step 2:
- Clear copy of the first page of the passport (Old & new passport). (ON THE SAME PAGE)
- Copy of the Civil ID (both sides back and front). (ON THE SAME PAGE)
- Copy of Residency Permit / Kuwaiti visa.
- Passport-size photo (no specification as long as it’s a passport size).
- Letter from the authorities requesting the good conduct certificate. Letter from IRCC or a handwritten letter explain the reason for your request
Enclose your full address and phone number in the email.
Mailed to :
- A prepaid envelope computer label for return UPS
- Bank draft Payable to the Embassy of Kuwait $120.00
- A passport size photo
- A photocopy of your passport

I too sent an email asking for the process but the reply was sent which was not relevant to the question I asked. It would be great if you could post the requirements in this thread that would be helpful.Thanks

1) no they will not reply to your email. Proceed with step 2 after step 1.
2) they mention UPS. not sure but I saw some people did send Canada post. I stuck with UPS as mentioned by them in their requirements
3) same UPS envelope . If you would have sent them an email they would have sent you the instructions

If yes could you let me know the price of demand draft to be made ! It's 120 $ the same? Also if same envelope for both of us then demand draft separately or 1?

Use 2 different demand drafts. I only applied for me in Aug and got the PCC in 10 days. I will be applying for my wife in the coming week. The consulate guys have similar attitude of Kuwait ministry employees

Thanks again. So I will proceed with 2 different demand drafts but can I send the documents of both of us and 2 DD in same envelope or need to be different envelopes also? Also I am planning to send by Canada post. Is that ok or need to be UPS only? I can make money order of $120 from Canada post right or should it be from bank! I have no idea about it,never did it in Canada it's been only 4 Months we are here,so everything is new for us. That's why I am asking, don't mind.
Rest about the consulate guys, yes that's the nature they have towards expats in their country and sadly here too, though we pay for the service.
