Hi Everyone !
I lived in Kuwait in 2006-2007. I don't have ID card but kuwait visa and all other documents. Can i apply for police verification without civil Id Card ?

Sorry why do you need PCC for a time period more than 18 years?

Thanks for asking But IRCC needs a police certificate from all countries where we stayed after the age of 18 more than 6 months. So that's why. Is it not needed?

Hi All! I contacted Kuwait Embassy Ottawa and they send me the requirements document for good conduct certificate. One of the instructions mentioned "If you do not have an existing fingerprint in Kuwait we can not proceed with your request." Since I left Kuwait 4 years back, I am not sure if my fingerprints exist in the Kuwait system. In that case, Kuwait embassy will not inform me at all about this rejection.
What will I do in this case?

Hi

Not sure if this helps. But even I left Kuwait 3 years back. I believe as long as you had a residence your finger prints would be available. They would probably contact you if there is anything missing in your file.
