Hello, It should be reaching you by 3-4 days max once dispatched from BLS depending upon your province. Once it's says report is clear, mine took 2 weeks and after that it got dispatched. Basically they follow the timeframe of 6-8 weeks once the application received by BLS.

Hello, I believe you must be applying for the citizenship,hence this requirement. Is it required to do PCC again if not visited the country after PR? Can't produce the same old PCC which you had of 2018? Just asking for info!
