I submitted mine as well and it didn’t ask for payment. But I received the confirmation email about the request.

I did it wrong way then apply again and pay the payment.

Applied on April 2023. Just got the first "update". It's the Pre arrival letter

Some ppl got Pre-arrival and eligibility letters less than 6 months, ours are taking a long time.....maybe applying from Quebec, that's why....

I just got mine after a long time. Applied on April2023 and got my pre arrival letter today

You can Call to IRCC Call Center and ask about your assessment agent explain which one is complete and in progress or not started .

do they actually respond? how long is the wait time?

They will start the eligibility, security, criminality and background check process and you have to wait for it, I gave my PCC in September 2023, no updates since then, I applied in February 2023.

I gave my PCC on Sep 2023 as well. I applied for PR in April 2023 but they asked for a PCC which I submitted in their time frame. Today I got a pre arrival letter. Nothing updated aside that

You know what happened! My medical was saying that I passed the medical since I linked my application to my gckey account. Recently I just wanted to check and I logged in. There was update. I clicked and medical removed (it is just blank) and it doesn’t say that I passed the medical.
But I called IRCC and agent said that it looks still passed. I thought maybe they are working on it and I’ll receive something soon. Let’s see. My eligibility has not started yet.

If you gave medical previous 5 years not need to give again . So passed and expired but passed.

What about your medical check status in GCKEY?

My medicals is empty, nothing is written there. last year was saying it is passed but then disappeared.

When do You receive the PAL?
I mean because according to the notes, I already passed Elegibility. So next step is the PAL?
My notes refer I passed on May. So it should be soon?

Received it on beginning of Feb 2024. And received Pre-arrival letter end of Feb 2024.
