Bless you Idris, wish we all get Positive outcomes soon .Your AIP is on the way @Robin220.
Ohhh no, did you check with your Lawyer? If it’s possible to change province in middle of the applicationI have also called IRCC and the agent said if you choose to change province, it will be considered as a new application and they'll do all the process again like background checks, info sharing etc... Not sure if it's true, have to check from my lawyer as well. But one thing that was very disheartening to hear that "you are still under processing time" after 26 months bcoz it's 51 months now in quebec

Hello Robin. Same for me, btw for the work permit, I haven’t received mail yet, what should I do?Just called IRCC they said Eligibility still not started, background check is in process. File is assigned to Vancouver office
@Ivy.998 you get that response when application is no longer in process. Check status online or contact your lawyer if you have one. If not check your email. Best of luckHi, tried to call auto agent yesterday and today. I got a message after entering all info "to serve you better, we are transferring to speak to an agent ". Anyone have same problem?
This information is totally false...don't always trust the call centerI have also called IRCC and the agent said if you choose to change province, it will be considered as a new application and they'll do all the process again like background checks, info sharing etc... Hi FnuHello Robin. Same for me, btw for the work permit, I haven’t received mail yet, what should I do?
@wello711 agree with you . Try to call again and ask to another agent. This information is totally false...don't always trust the call center
Thank you for all the valued informationHi @Taweda!
I am still waiting for CSQ forms as well. We are also waiting for medical forms. In our case, these didn't come with the AIP.
I called MIFI last week but didn't get an answer about it. I believe the person who took my call doesn't know anything about IRCC sending them a CSQ request.
According to IRCC this should be the process after AIP:

Also, this page says that they are processing CSQ requests received on June 25th, but I am not sure if our case falls into this category.
https://www.quebec.ca/en/immigration/refugees-asylum-seekers/refugees-recognized-in-canada
Also, I found this document, looks like MIFI should send the CSQ package once they are notified.
https://cdn-contenu.quebec.ca/cdn-contenu/adm/min/immigration/publications-adm/gpi/GPI_ch3_sect-3_8_Selection_humanitaire.pdf
I read that since 2022, the processing time for CSQ applications based on humanitarian grounds is 11 months.

Thank you I will.Hi Fnu
did you apply by self? I would say call IRCC and check when did they send your work permit. It never takes this long after approval
I totally agree with @wello711. Two of my friends moved midway into their H&C and were approved.I have also called IRCC and the agent said if you choose to change province, it will be considered as a new application and they'll do all the process again like background checks, info sharing etc... Not sure if it's true, have to check from my lawyer as well.

yo llevo 33 meses esperando.. y nada! También en Quebec
