This is what I have in AIP letter "UPDATED APPLICATION FORM(S) If more than 2 years have elapsed since you submitted your original application for permanent residence (H&C) OR if one of your dependents has turned 18 years of age since you submitted your application, you must submit updated Schedule A / Background Declaration (IMM 5669) and Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) forms. "
Whic is the case since my application is more than 2 years. In this case I have to send the same formas again right.

You are correct @Taweda, at stage 2 our officer requested for those forms to be filled again as our application has passed two years.

Yes. If there are any changes after the application was submitted then you would put it on the new forms for example you change your address, was detained etc. What we did was asked the lawyer for a copy of the previous declaration form...did the lawyer provided you with a copy of your application?

The form is not complicated as long as you can remember the information you provided your lawyer with then you should be good to fill the form on your own.

Hi Taweda just figured it out, if you can go to PR portal and login there is option to download your application. You can find all paper and information that your lawyer submitted for you

Robin did you notice that when you send additional information or submission to support your claim does not show on pr portal only initial information?
