Thank you for your details bro, that’s right I don’t expect approval but at least they suppose to finalize my case either approve or refused because usually when they asked for medical exam it means decision is close one step either refuse the case or approve it.
Exactly just because I’m from a country on TSR there is no priorities even cannot apply for PRRA,
There are lots of refusal for TSR countries because officer found it that they can stay in Canada without status just because no deportation and officers feels that no hardship when we stay out of country.
the problem is I don’t have great Integration with Canadian society.
I don't believe that's a proper evaluation of the TSR within an H&C, but my opinion isn't worth much other than to sympathize with applicants in limbo.
Integration into any place is a challenge and I can't help but notice your rush to be immediately unpopular. I lived abroad for awhile in a totally different culture 1/2 way around the world and it was a struggle even with all of the advantages I enjoyed. Living in the west without status is all uphill.
I don't know if it will help you at all, but you've got to get out and get into the act of living and Canada does offer a chance for personal reinvention. I was no pleasure before I retired - and I say that from my own culture of understatement. I truly did not care what anyone thought. I realize now that I was even worse in how I was treating myself. People who come between a person attacking himself will often leave offended.
So - so what. Life clicks on and it's another day of "what's your timeline," and "how's my cholesterol?" God gives approvals, and devil-scripted refusals go to the Federal Court. Break the pattern, grab a coffee and try to make the waitress pee herself laughing. Part your hair on the other side if that's all it takes, but do something to enjoy life while it lasts.
You're in Vancouver where anyone can get laid! So, I'd never suggest that anyone go fuck himself in that town.
