For CIC and PNPs, yes. For FSW-Os the only guy I saw getting PPR was AOR October 2nd.

Jan 11 - BIL
Jan 22 - Biometrics provided
Jan 22 - Biometrics status updated to Complete
Feb 08 - All statuses completed (Eligibility: Completed; Medicals: Completed; Background: Completed; Biometrics: Completed

Exactly the same boat with you. My AOR was Nov 29th and paid bio on Dec 7th as well. I haven’t received any update like you. I’m EE health care draw as well.

I didn’t do anything. Thankfully I wasn’t asked additional documents for POF.
My POF was in dollars though

Are you FSW ?
CEC and FSW have been waiting round 3 months recently to get BIL so if the pattern continues hopefully you should get it next week

Not exactly true, FSWLatinApp who updated in this thread was an FSW-O with AOR Nov 15, already got his/her COPR

Eligibility Completed on Tracker and now got ADR for more info on a Job.

What more document can be provided ? already submitted contract, pay stabs and a latest employment letter.

What in the heck!! This is like so insane! One of the main reasons IRCC was delaying FSW-Os was because they were verifying eligibility beforehand! And now they freaking want more documents related to your job!! Why even complete the eligibility then? Is this all a big stinking charade? I'm not you but I'm so angry on your behalf!! So I guess we should all be ready for more ADRs even after our eligibility is showing completed!
