I dont think it would. It sounds like small mistakes that were not present in the PGWP application. I believe misrepresentation is when you omitted a previous visa refusal or omitted work experience in previous applications but then want to use it in PR application, that kind of thing.

I am not sure about that. I have seen people get eCOPR with expiry of December 2024 while others with expiry in October or even before still waiting (same VO)

From what I understand mandamus is for cases that have been way longer than expected timelines, like 2 or 3 years of wait. There are plenty of people with P2 in January or February still waiting.

Only if you claiming points for it. Otherwise remove it from work experience and you can put it in personal history once you get ITA
