So yes I got the PPR. It's 'get ready for visa' email but no letter on my gckey, I guess it's normal process.

I don't think i need to send it via DHL, the visa center is so close to where i live so I guess I can submit it there.

It was 'we will send you a message when we start your BGC', i don't know if it's the same as 'not applicable.

No, I've never noticed that update on my GCkey account.

In my case, it went from 'we are processing BGC...' to '...when we start processing BGC...' then a few hours later it went back to 'we are processing BGC...'. So it's possible that you missed the 1st update that lasted for a few hours and this one would be the second. It's just a thought that...
