I was able to create a PR tracker today. It shows biometrics in progress as I did not give biometrics yet, Medical completed, background check in progress, eligibility not started.
When I called them last month they said eligibility was completed, but now showing as not started
Have you tried calling IRCC again and asking them whether eligibility has started or not ?

I have a question about biometrics since it will be my first experience. When you give your biometrics for FSW, does it shows immediately in the tracker? Or does it take time?
Shows in a day or two on GCKey. I want to believe it will show on tracker fairly quickly too

It could be a few days, weeks or months to get a decision. Suffice to say no one can tell. I would be expectant. It’s home stretch now

I think that's just their general update. My tracker says the same. I have seen posts where eligibility goes straight from not started to completed once Bio is completed. Or their system is just not updated. Nothing to worry about.

For applicants outland? If so generally they give a 3 months visa in order to do the landing the COPR itself is valid for one year (tied to your medical exam) . If you're coming from a visa required country yes visa is required. otherwise an eTA will be sufficient

What is the status on the tracker? Does it say in progress or complete for Eligibility section?

if its marked for review you might receive an ADR

I'm in the same position. Is it necessary to even send proof? I thought doctor was supposed to submit the document himself, once you complete your exam.
Remember, you are the applicant not the doctor ;-) so it's up to you to submit the necessary proof supporting your application.
Yes they will get the emedical from the doctor but you must go ahead and notify them that you've passed medical and here is the emedical number you were given. They'll do the link and update your file
