Hi, I just received COPR and need to land in Canada in the next few months. I also want to do H1B stamping during my visit. Will I be eligible for dropbox and will I be approved without having a PR card? This will be my first H1B (I changed from F1 to H1B last year). Thanks in advance!

I think they both are reliable, just not always in sync. If the tracker says eligibility has passed, then rest assured it has passed. GC Key will eventually update. I did my bio today and its already updated in GC but tracker still shows bio as in progress. I am assuming tracker will update in...

I think that's just their general update. My tracker says the same. I have seen posts where eligibility goes straight from not started to completed once Bio is completed. Or their system is just not updated. Nothing to worry about.

Not if the expired visa has a CWOP (canceled without prejudice) stamp. I recently spoke to someone who did AVR and while entering US, her visa got the CWOP stamp. It doesn't have any negative effect but does make us ineligible for dropbox, atleast in India. Because in India if you have a CWOP...

Yes, I expect to receive some kind of notification to pay that fee when I reach that stage. But atleast until then, my application should be moving forward, right?

While submitting the application, it said, this fee is optional for now and won't affect the processing of my application. I will have to pay this fee when my application moves to the RFV phase. So I'd expect delays then lol.

What's your AOR? Do you mind adding it to your signature?

I paid bio fee while submitting the application so I don't know if I should be receiving any correspondence regarding that. Also, I am Outland. I didn't pay the RPRF fee though. I wonder if that's delaying my application.

I called IRCC today and they said my application is still in the "candidate" pool. Might be because my UCI still starts with "CAN". The agent said I need to keep an eye on my account and email and wait for updates. Sounded like they have made 0 progress on my application. :(

Someone with an AOR of Nov 15 got BIL/MIL. My AOR is also Nov 15 but I haven't received anything yet.
