My UCI number has changed however no BIL or MIL has been received yet. Has somebody experienced the same ? What should be the next course of action shall I wait or shall i call IRCC ?

Guys judging from the current trends when do you forecast FSW Outland with AOR after 20 December will start receiving their biometric request and medical request? Planning for a week long family retreat at end of February and don't want to miss out on the request email.

Have you tried calling IRCC again and asking them whether eligibility has started or not ?

Upfront medicals are not allowed anymore after October 2023, applicants have to wait for medical request from IRCC or submit any previous medical reports.
