sorry but cant understand why it is frustrating ?OINP Nomination: 29-Aug (Tech)
ITA: 19-Sep-2023
AOR: 25-Sep-2023
Medical/BIL: 11-Oct-2023
Eligibility: 3-Nov-2023
Biometrics: 9-Nov-2023
Background Check: In Progress (Info Sharing: completed || Criminality: Passed || Security: Not started)
PPR: Awaited
PVO: Sydney || SVO: Ottawa
The reason it's getting frustrating now is that my application progressed at a very fast pace, but it stuck at security now, when even the October AORs are getting PPRs. I hope, rest of the applicants get PPR soon.
For folks from Pakistan, the security can take a very long time, specially for males. So please be patient as it's a tedious process. Rest assured, as soon as they have clearance, they won't sit on it to issue you PPR.OINP Nomination: 29-Aug (Tech)

True, I get it and I had the standard time in my mind. I was doing okay lol, until different PPRs started pouring in. Thing is, my application progressed at a ridiculous pace with eligibility getting completed hardly after a month, so I started hoping for quick PPR lol. Anyway, fingers crossed though. Let's see how long it takes.sorry but cant understand why it is frustrating ?
1. You are not even 2 months from AoR whereas PNP timelines on average are more than 6 months
2. There is absolutely no need to compare your application with others, no two applications can ever be same
Yup, can't wait to get a decent passport and get rid of my current one.For folks from Pakistan, the security can take a very long time, specially for males. So please be patient as it's a tedious process. Rest assured, as soon as they have clearance, they won't sit on it to issue you PPR.

The earliest slot available was after 38 days due to the high volume of applicants.That's a long time
Did they give any reason?
Just in the portal.Did anyone get a copy of their biometrics letter mailed to them or is it standard to only receive it in the portal?
I didn't receive one in the mail and I want to make sure there's nothing wrong with my address provided.
