Judging from the recent trend, security of Pakistanis and Arab nationals is taking time, other than that, people are getting PPRs within a month or slightly over that. If you speak to an IRCC agent, hopefully your criminality would also be passed, only security would be pending.

Btw, I met a couple of Pakistani applicants with AOR in late August, who received PPRs last week. So we may as well get our PPRs in December judging by this trend.
