I got FD update last Friday and up through Sunday night it was still showing background check in progress on the tracker, no COPR number or anything, got PPR email Monday morning and when I went back in it was all green.

That happened to me on Friday and I got PPR today Monday keep us posted!!! :D

You can create a tracker account once it changes to UCI. What's your aor? Mine took about 3 weeks.

Side note, is anyone thinking about moving to Ottawa or is everyone set on Toronto?

I am in the same situation as you only Oct 17 AOR. Eligibility completed, only waiting on background check in progress. Medical and biometrics passed. Wondering how long background check could take. PNP Outland also.

Updates! Aor oct 17 Medicals (upfront) approved and BIL Nov 7 Biometrics given Nov 21 Background check went from Not Applicable to In Progress Nov 21 Eligibility completed Nov 22 Judging by other cases hoping for quick approval as well...

Did anyone get a copy of their biometrics letter mailed to them or is it standard to only receive it in the portal? I didn't receive one in the mail and I want to make sure there's nothing wrong with my address provided.

In IRCC my portal, eligibility is under review and background check says not applicable, but in the tracker it says eligibility not started and background in progress. Anybody in the same boat? Oct 17 AOR

Update!! AOR October 17th just received biometrics and passed medicals letter today November 7th.

October 17 AOR still waiting on uci #, biometrics letter or anything. Heard nothing since submission yet.

From what I have heard Ottawa sounds like a lovely city especially for people who love the outdoors (we are from west coast US) so we are going to try that.
