It depends. It could take few weeks to few months based on the case, travel history, previous visa refusals, etc. No one really knows.

What does GU1 mean? Did the final decision message appeared in tracker or on GC key account ?

looks like after the 1st of October 2023 you can not boo an upfront medical from the IOM hospital in Nigeria. I would be submitting without the medicals pending when they ask we go for medicals

We could do that upfront medical and today submitted the application by God grace.

In IRCC my portal, eligibility is under review and background check says not applicable, but in the tracker it says eligibility not started and background in progress. Anybody in the same boat? Oct 17 AOR

Yours will be done next week, I am positive. Next part is where I think most cases divert from each other which is security and background check. It could be wildly different for different cases.

No update yet. Probably this week.
