Okay I figured it out via immitracker. All 3 of them are in Canada or have ties with Canada. Forever Hopeful and others hence they are getting DIP. Foreign work ex people will have to wait @ForeverHopeful2023 - is that correct?
Soon my bro @ImpatientDragon . Yes i do have 2 PR siblings in canada atm even though am outland and i have only foreign work experience. I implore everyone to also update immitracker, like i said we are keeping a timeline of information that would be useful for future and prospective canadians

Could be, it’s only logical. Like in case of Saskatchewan (SINP), this categorisation is quite clear. But despite that, what matters is getting the nomination within 90 days, and I rarely saw anyone whose case went past this timeline. And yup, the next slab up for DIP is gonna be of those who got into assessment on 9-Jun.

Although, I’m still stuck at the upcoming STEM draws with a confusion. If we get ITA directly, and later on we do get provincial nomination as well right before AOR, would we be bound to update the provincial nomination status in our EE profile or should we proceed further for documents submission anyway? Does provincial nomination has an expiry date? There was a case of a friend of mine, whose EE application was rejected twice and the only thing which saved him was the provincial nomination, he got it renewed twice and submitted his EE application all over again.
Nomination Expiration is in 6 months after the nominated date. Can renew?

Yes, apparently renewal is possible, as you’ve already the requirements for the relevant province and if your EE entry application gets rejected, you can send an explanation email to the province and they can renew it. In case of my friend his nomination was renewed twice and after a long wait of 2+ years he finally made it to Canada.

I wish to propose a poll to understand how many of you would go with the Category draw ITA vs the OINP Nomination? This will help us all overall in understanding the dynamics

@aliansab @mangoshark @gts_k @Aircall_visa @ImpatientDragon and others... please share as this is a very vital question.
If some of us choose to go the category draw route then we can help each other
If I received the invitation I will go with the ITA. Because our ultimate goal is to get an ITA and with nomination I don't think you can work in other provinces. However, I think it will require multiple category draws to reach my score. By that time there is a good chance OINP processing will be over.
Also I don't want to bet only on category draw, therefore I will not withdraw without receiving an ITA.
Another point since we all moved to Assessment stage we cannot save the 1500 CAD anymore, so nothing to gain by prematurely withdrawing.

This is my opinion though.

I dont understand why anyone would withdraw after assessment. 1300 CAD is already gone. If you get an ITA then probably everyone will go for the ITA, but not getting ITA and withdrawing prematurely (even if you were to get a refund) makes no sense.
