thank you i believe i have a mistake i also called the MIFI and they send me the correct form i think its better if i download and fill out the french forms that they send because i used all the english forms that they have, did you fill out those forms in english or in french documents?

Main Applicant:

In all the forms, I had only to fill in the names (Main applicant, Spouse, Children), Dates, Address.
French or English, it would have been the same; except for the address where I had to mention Rue instead of Street, and Immeuble instead of building
Please cross-check the forms and let me know if I have downloaded the latest forms.

However, it is mentioned on the "Liste documentaire personnalisée - Objet : Documents à soumettre" that "Si le même document figure plus d’une fois dans la liste, vous pouvez nous en faire parvenir un seul exemplaire" which means "If the same document appears more than once on the list, you can send us a single copy."

Hi guys how it is going did you already send your documents? about the photos is there a certain quantity for each photo of the family as did not seen any quantity that is required, on which form did you attach it or we just going to add it on the envelope?

We are also applying RSWP and currently in Quebec. We dont see this form 0520-AA in our personlised list of document. Do we need to fillout this form also?
UPDATE: I and my wife has has successfully attempted Quebec value test. Thanks @SD_1987

No Need to fill it.
Only consider filling the forms mentioned in your personalized list of documents.
In my case, those forms were A-0520-VF, A-0522-OF, A-0521-CF, & A-0527-JF.
Im almost done with my documents and might send it to the ministry next week all the documents that i filled out are only A-0520-VF,A-0522-OF,A-0521-CF

I am only using one form because there is no separate form for spouse. No need to send two forms with same information
if im not mistakening we only need to attach the fiche d'accompagnement? and we will not attach the annexe liste of documents?
I forgot to include it but fortunately I wrote a cover letter and attched the letter that I recieved in my moproject. In cover letter I have clearly mentioed
my Numéro de référence individuel and Numéro de demande.
Accordig to canada post tracking, MIFI has recieved the shipment today.
Do we get notified after MIFI receives our personalised list of documents? any update in monproject portal or through post?
