Great news, your results are giving some hope for all us.
I had posted earlier to you informing that my case is similar to yours and asked what doc's you had send.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I undersigned would like to explain my salary mentioned in employment letter.
I am an intra-company transferee; Salary in employment letter is sum of the following components:
-Per-Diem and expenses received in Canada in Monetary/Cash form
- Indian Salary expressed in Canadian dollars
Per-Diem and Expenses include accommodation, transportation and food expenses.

Income reported in the box 14 of T4 slip XXXXXX is only the Indian salary component of the offered salary, expressed in Canadian dollars, paid towards my employment in Canada.
Article 15 of the Canada-India Tax Treaty agreement, allows multinational companies to report the Indian salary as an income in Canada during their employees transfer period to Canada.

However, in employer letter states the salary including all components (Indian salary in CAD + Expenses paid in Canada in CAD).
The Canada Revenue Agency's guideline about benefits and allowances allows companies to treat the per diems to be classified as non-taxable benefit. So it is not reported in T4.

I have provided the proof for all money paid to me from January XXXXXX to December XXXXXX (12 Months).
1. Bank statement for deposits made by Company
2. Hotel and rental bills
3. Indian salary Pay slips 4. Indian pay slips with CAD conversion applied to match exact value appearing in T4.

I have provided an updated employment letter with my jobs and duties in detail. My application details are as follows.

one more thing, Did you submitted the letter and documents to CIC based on your GCMS notes on your own or did CIC requested you to submit them.

I've noticed a few people her ppr and rprf requests but if I'm mistaken, not many have received mr.

Has anyone noticed this it am I alone in this.

I know some people have been waiting longer than me but the wait is agonising.
