By the way, what was due date in ur GCMS?

due date in GCMS was March 5, 2015, which was exactly 1 year after the AOR date.

You can call CIC and ask them if there is outgoing email requesting for medical on your application. Pay attention, sometimes they refuse to give you details, but sometimes they are ready to share this info.

Yes, I can confirm that. Just called CIC now and got to talk to rep (finally after several unsuccessful attempts). Asked him about current status and he gave me details on my application (pretty much the same you would see in GCSM notes). As for now security check is ongoing (which according to rep may take from several weeks to several months) and there are no outstanding requests.

I guess its safe to assume now that, second review for Feb 2014 applicants is moving forward. We have to watch how rapidly or slowly second review moves.
I am a Jun 2014 applicant... maybe I am a good 4 months away.

i called CIC and the CIc rep told me that on my application "criminality check in progress"

I had receive RCMP certificate request on 29th jan 2015 which actually i already submitted along with the PR application. Hence I replied back saying its already sumitted. Now I am thinking whether this is causing delay and I should re-do the RCMP and send it. seniors please advise.

I dont agree with you friend. There are not much applications now with CIC as they have returned applications post Ocotber. So i think you will be reviewed within a month. All the best. My due date was March 17th

Congratulations bouncer! I knew it would happen to you soon when you mentioned that the CIC requested additional docs last week or so. I can't imagine how happy you must be right now.. I am happy for you too; but at the same time I am worried.. My application was received on Feb 19 and AOR March 13. so I was a few days earlier than you and now you've got the great news while I am still in dark.. sigh.
