Good news guys.. someone from April gone through second review and got MR.. I think cic started working on second review applications.

Is he not in this thread? anyways its a great news that Second review is moving indeed. I too sent the documents requested today. Will keep you posted in case of any update.

I'm a may applicant and got GCMS..
It says second review required. The reason is lame though.

I had 2 jobs and for my other part time job, i didnt declare any previous experience related to the same industry.

Anyone who gets their GCMS, please share..it'll help all fellow applicants to get an idea.

I had applied for GCMS and expecting within week. I will inform as soon as I receive them.
Did you send any documents before you got the above document request from CIC.

I had an appointment with MP today and lady made a call to CIC in front of me. During their convo., CIC member mentioned that they are working on my Background check.
SO, I have few question that you guys may help me find answer for them.
1. do they only go for background when eligibility is passed?
2. I didn't got MR so dose MR come before They do background check or after?.
Please help me find these answers.

These can be parallel activities , there is no connection between receiving MR and background check.
Did you ordered GCMS note ? what VO review says?

Thanks CEC_1304. i did order GCMS note twice. just received last one on 6th Feb. no change as of now.
VO says my. LOE do nt have any duties with additional note that duites have been received on separate letter.
My HR has gave me two letter on companies letter-pad one is LOE and the other one is full of my duties 3 to 4 matches with cic guide line rest of do not.
That's the only concern first VO had.

No action or document is needed from you at this present time and while we process applications as expeditiously as possible, each application is unique and we are unable to guarantee a specific time frame for its completion.

1. Now here is my dilemma. They want an Employment letter of my current employer, but as of 13th February 2015 my work has ended with my current company (the same day I received this email from CIC). I can still provide them an "Employment letter" of all the details of when and what I was doing there in my profession but would that still be valid and considered.

2. Are there any advice regarding the Employment letter?

3. I do have a new Job offer (in my profession NOC A), which I can attach a Job offer letter as well. Would that be any help?

Any inputs from you is very appreciated.
