friends advise ....... if your NOC stated in the application does not match the duties in your job letter will you get rejected and considered as misrepresentation or just a refusal??

First of all - no. If NOC doesn't match duties (according to VO) its not a misrepresentation. Second, be positive... All will be OK. Good luck!

I think the VO was condused with your situation, he thought the XXX company was a job agency and the client in vancouver was your boss. Just draft an explanation letter to clear your situation, if everything is logica, there is nothint to worry about.

Do you really think he is going to be satisfied by a simple explanation ???

Ask your employer , if provided good send it.if not attach the refusal email and write a cover letter and send .

My second review seems to be over, as I got automated medical request from CIC Canada. This seems by this week most of the people waiting for MR will get the automated MR requests. Best wishes from my side....feeling so relieved...

Thanks....Reason for second review was same eligibility......When I ordered 2nd GCMS notes, I could see that CIC just copied and pasted my clarification email in the notes as review comments. This email was sent by me for clarifying the doubts of the 1st VO. No idea what is happening there....

Hi, Today I Got my GCMS notes and here is the explanation , can anyone advice is everything is fine at my end ?
