Hi All , I am May Applicant waiting for MR.
Hi, Today I Got my GCMS notes and here is the explanation , can anyone advice is everything is fine at my end ?

Employment letter dated (3-Oct-2013) confirms date(s) of employment position title and a Salary of $*** per year.Both a T4 and NOA from 2013 shows reported earning of $***.Both a T4 and NOA from 2012 shows reported earning of $***.Letter does not provide information regarding applicant's duties and function with in the company .ADDITIONAL NOTES: PA's C12 WP's were for same NOC.PA's salary appear to be in line with what is listed for NOC in jobbank website.
MEDICALS: MEDICALS NOT STARTED FOR ALL APPLICANTS RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW REQUIRED BY OFFICER.

Reason for delay seems to be following line:- Letter does not provide information regarding applicant's duties and function with in the company".
You can wait for CIC to ask you any more documents or you can send any other supporting docs you have directly to CIC email.

Actually they already asked for PCC but not asked anything about employment letter. They also mentoned in the Notes that ".ADDITIONAL NOTES: PA's C12 WP's were for same NOC.PA's salary appear to be in line with what is listed for NOC in jobbank website."

What you think as I saw you have went through this. Did you got this additional notes as well.

I did look at the MEDICAL section and there's no IME# assigned yet so maybe that is why I haven't got my MR yet? What I am thinking is that because they were waiting for my PCC as I am coming from a country where PCC can only be raised upon request from CIC. Is there any chance my PCC is holding the MR back?

Hi all is it safe to say if the first officer recommended a pass it is likely I will get a MR soon? Should I go for upfront medical? Or should I follow up with CIC to check to see why GCMS note says MEDICALS initiated for all applicants while I haven't receive a request for MR?

What you explained to them?Could you please guide me so that the same i will do that.

The VO said my salary was low and my job does not match with my education...so I had my boss to draft a letter to CiC
