I sent my application in March, Aor 15th April 2014. Haven't heard anything from CIC. Ordered GCMS notes on 7th of October received them on 6th of November and nothing had started apart from criminality which was in progress. Applying again today for 2nd notes.

However my worry now is the Express entry starting in January, should i and others who haven't received their MR to just start preparing by taking the English test again. This is just to be on safe side because we never know the new immigration system the effect it will have on the 2014 backlogs..... just my two cents

No... It's supposed to mean the whole process, from the day they receive your complete application to the day they issue you the immigrant visa and CoPR, it takes 13 months for 80% of the people.

The process was sped up from a little while ago and some people got it done in 7-8 months. Now for some reason it slows down again, but not slower than what it was about a year ago. You guys are not used to it, because it is always easier to go from slow to fast, but not fast back to slow. If you open a thread last year for "waiting for MR for more than 8 months", people will laugh at you and tell you it's completely normal. :P

I only see Eligibility (work experience) review case since Nov. 2013. Has anybody know about this kind of thing before?

Got my GCMS notes today. Below are the notes by VO. The officer was not able to view my Spouse's PCC due to eStorage malfunction :-\ Is that the only reason for review. Or is there anything else that the VO recommended for review. Do you think i have passed my elibility?? Please suggest.

reveived AOR on March 3, no MR yet...received GCMS notes Oct 4th. In the notes, the VO said my salary is low and the my job does not match with my study background....

My salary is 13.5/hr..and the minimum salary for my position is 14.5/hr....

my current job is a recruitment assistant..my major in University if psychology..and I had volunteer experience as recruiter..so I do not see how does my job not match with my study background..

I hope the second VO will have a more clear mind about my case..
Hey
I could be wrong, but cec dosn't conser with your study background untill ur proffeson is regulated. I think i just that you are not getting enough pay.

Thank you for your help and I already email to my local MP for help. Hopefully, the MP will really take care of my concern and give me reply ASAP.
