No... It's supposed to mean the whole process, from the day they receive your complete application to the day they issue you the immigrant visa and CoPR, it takes 13 months for 80% of the people.bennymathew said:Did anybody apply for PR under Canadian Experience Class! The process was sped up from a little while ago and some people got it done in 7-8 months. Now for some reason it slows down again, but not slower than what it was about a year ago. You guys are not used to it, because it is always easier to go from slow to fast, but not fast back to slow. If you open a thread last year for "waiting for MR for more than 8 months", people will laugh at you and tell you it's completely normal.
