Yeah i mean its not like CIC will give us more details than GCMS notes about our file right? Like when will the second revie done? or what will be the expected date to get MR?

I suspect the second review will happen in the order of submission. So we will see Dec applicants, then Jan and so on...

Can we do a list thing here so that we have some idea on when to expect MR.?

yes. I applied under CEC. So i did sent an email to the visa office in ottawa, but have not heard anything. Once we receive AOR, can we say it will be processed!!!

Yes , its mentioned as Oct 24 but nothing happened.Still waiting for any kind of request/communication from cic after AOR.

Thats my question as well, can I apply for another BOWP while waiting for second review?

I think applications are deliberately delayed until December so that everyone starts falling under Express Entry and we all have an idea that with EE there is very steep chances of getting a PR as its more employee driven i.e if you have LMIA then you will get PR.
